Sierra is a happy bouncy pit bull mix who was transferred to Lollypop from another shelter. Being just over a year old Sierra has quit a bit of energy to spare-long walks would be best; time in the yard by herself just isn't going to be enough for Sierra. Sierra is still learning her basic doggie manners so a family committed to continuing her training is going to be best. Luckily, Sierra does not lack enthusiasm and stamina-she is eager and ready to learn! We have no history of Sierra living with another dog, but here at the shelter she is very playful with other dogs. She had a little issue sharing her food so the behavior department worked with her to help her learn that sharing with people is a good thing. Sierra is going to need a family who will be committed to continuing her training using positive reinforcement techniques. Because of this issue, we think that Sierra would do best in a home without young children. If you are looking for playful brindle bombshell Sierra may be just what you are looking for.
