Roxy is a brown and black tiger with beautiful mint green eyes. She was brought into the shelter because there were too many pets to care for. Roxy finds the shelter stressing and is sad to be in a cage. She spends her time hunkered down in a corner with her head down. When Roxy gets comfortable and relaxes, she enjoys getting her ears and chin scratched.
